The prices are applied to publishing during the conference and one year after the conference. 

Multilink d.o.o. is in charge of making www sites, banners etc., so please sent your materials on their address. 

Making of www sites, banners etc. will be charged separately, 25% of the publishing price.

 EXHIBITION ROOM

The condition which should be fulfilled in order to rent out an unfurnished exhibition space is submitting a ground plan (if possible photos) of the space in a question. The contract can be sigh only after an approval of the architect. 

If a completely furnished place is chosen, the description of the product or services should be submitted by the participant. 

Electricity, water, phone lines, Internet connection and other services are not included in the price of exhibition space; these costs will be charged separately. 

 COUNSELING ROOM

The counseling room will have sitting places, all necessary equipment will be discussed separately. 

The schedule of the counseling will be announced in the media and in the Pavilion 7 itself. 

The type of the product or services, which would be presented in the counseling room and the ways of the presentation should be submitted.
